Who Comes?
All mamas (pregnant and postpartum) must be cleared for exercise by their respective doctors/midwives.

Age does not matter as much as mobility. As long as your child is non-mobile, they are welcome to attend. Babies on the move are not allowed to attend for their safety.
The youngest age child is really determined by when the person who has given birth has been cleared by their doctor/midwife to return to exercise.
Unfortunately, no. The only children allowed to attend are those who are non-mobile for their safety.
Yes, research has found exercise to have positive effects throughout the prenatal and postnatal period, as long as the participant is medically cleared to do so.
Each exercise in this class has been carefully selected to challenge baby-on-board mamas and babies-on-the-side mamas safely.
No! Many times, body weight alone is enough of a challenge. I supply light weights if you would like more of a challenge.
Plan on eating a light snack (think carbs and protein!) approximately 45 minutes before class to keep you feeling strong while we dance.
Always bring water!
