Why Baby Mombo™ at Home?
- Baby Mombo™ was always meant to be experienced in community—in real rooms, with real people, moving together.
- But not everyone has access to in-person classes where they live, and sometimes life makes showing up in person impossible.

Members will also be invited to a live monthly Baby Mombo™ class—dancing together in real time via Zoom, alongside other caregivers and babies from around the world.
Because even when we’re at home, we’re not meant to do this alone.

Who Comes?
Any aged child who loves being in a carrier with their caregiver dance partner!
Strength
This class is taught with multiple intensity levels to match what is comfortable for you and your little one.
Tons of Fun
During this 45-minute high-energy class, babies will be wrapped in love while they feel the rhythm of their caregivers getting fit!
Connection
Strengthening the bond between caregiver and baby through movement while building friendships among families!
As long as your child remains in the carrier and you feel comfortable enough carrying them, any age child is welcome. Typically, children attend through 18-24 months.
The youngest age is 6 weeks, and only if the person who has given birth has been cleared by their doctor/midwife to return to exercise.
Unfortunately, no. The only children allowed to attend Baby Mombo™ are those inside the carrier for their safety.

Yes. There are as many variations of carriers as there are styles of jeans. What works for one person will not work for another. Please find a carrier that fits your body type as well as your child’s comfort level. If you forget, there may be an extra on-site; however, please always plan to bring your own.
Plan on eating a light snack (think carbs and protein!) approximately 45 minutes before class to keep you feeling strong while we dance.
Always bring water!
