Description
Baby Mombo is a baby-wearing dance fitness class to help caregivers sweat and smile with their little ones! During this 45-minute high-energy class, babies will be wrapped in love while they feel the rhythm of their caregivers getting fit!
Class located: Dance Exchange, 7117 Maple Ave, Takoma Park, MD 20912
Date/Time: Wednesdays, from 10-11 a.m. Please note: class on 9/27 and 10/18 will be 11:15- 12:15 pm.
Cost: $20
Any caregiver and aged child safely secured in a carrier are welcome to attend. No dance or fitness experience is needed! Modifications are available.
All mamas need to be cleared for exercise by their respective doctors. Anyone with a severe or diagnosed case of Diastasis Recti, please contact me before registering for this class.
Plan on eating a light snack (think protein!) approximately 45 minutes before class to keep you feeling strong while we dance. This class will be barefoot (or reuse your hospital sticky socks!)
Bring water, your carrier, and the baby; I’ll bring the smiles!
